A:It is a loyalty app that can be used within the PwC offices that allows you to pay, collect points and rewards and to find out more about the wider Social Co and Benugo outlets on site.
A: If you had the previous Social Co app then you can transfer over to the new app by downloading Social Co Food and resetting your password. All of your details will be transferred over including 50 bonus points from us! Don’t forget to re-add your card details.
A: You can collect points by presenting the QR code on your mobile app at the till. The team will scan your QR code and you will earn 5 points per every £1.00 spent (1 point = £0.01).
A: In the future we will have be bringing a click and collect service to the app; this is to make sure you’re ordering to the correct outlet.

A: This is for security reasons, if your QR code times out, no worries just click on it again and it will refresh with a new one.
A: You can check your points at any time by logging into the app and this will show on your app homepage.
Yes. Points collected will remain on your account and can be used at any time, however if there is no activity on your account for 12 months your points will expire as per the agreed terms and conditions.
To reset your password go to your Account Details screen, scroll down to the Password section where you will find three fields; Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password. Fill each of these fields with their required values and hit the update button.
A: The payments gateway used on the app is fully secure and undergoing the PCI accreditation and compliance programme by the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC). Rest assured any payment card details are as secure as they can be.
A: The system runs on real time, therefore points are displayed on your account instantly once the transaction is confirmed (provided you are connected to the internet).
A: No, your account can hold an unlimited number of Loyalty points. It’s totally up to you if you want to save or spend them.
A: You can use the app at any Social Co or Benugo outlet within PwC sites.
A: It is a PwC based loyalty app and cannot be used at Benugo on the high-street.
A: Simply download the app by searching Social Co Food via the app store or google play store and create an account. Don’t forget to validate your email address by clicking the validation link in the email you receive. You will receive 100 bonus points for creating a new account.
A: Just let the till team know you want to use your points before you pay for your purchase and scan your QR code to redeem. Your points will then be deducted from your balance to cover the full cost of the transaction. It will only deduct the amount of points your purchase is worth e.g. if you have a £1.50 drink but have 200 points only 150 points will be deducted.
A: Unfortunately not, to avoid missing out on any points please make sure you scan the app before payment.

A: The details you provide during the registration process are held securely on azure cloud hosted servers within the EU and are not stored on any websites.
You may cancel your loyalty membership at any time but if you do, you will loose your points that you have saved up. So make sure you spend them before you go!
To change your registered Email address simply go to your 'Account Details' screen and expand the 'Contact' panel. Within this panel you will find a section titled ‘Change your Email Address’; here you will have the ability to change your contact email.
A: Personal details are required to enable us to link your mobile phone app to you and The Social Co. app scheme; without this information we will not be able to generate an account summary thus you will not be able to collect or redeem your points/offers.
A: Great question – Yes! Points are earned on all transactions, regardless of payment method, for every full £1 spent.
A: You can manage all personal details on your loyalty account – you can do this by accessing your account details where you can change all personal details relating to your loyalty account. Once you are happy you just need to select update.
