This web page will provide an overview of some of the most common questions you may have about the Social Co app.
We have created a web based ordering platform which allows you to pre-order via Social Co, collect loyalty points and redeem and use vouchers.
The old Social Co app will be disabled from May and the new online ordering platform will be the only way to order. Your points will not be transferable however you will receive a voucher to be able to use your old points on the new platform.
Points will be automatically be added to your account. You will earn 5 points per every full £1 spent (1 point = £0.01).
Pickup allows you to pre-order and collect from your local Social Co or Benugo.
Delivery allows you to pre-order and collect from your selected delivery point near the floor host desk or to selected meeting rooms.
Table service allows you to take a seat in participating restaurants and order from the comfort of your table. Your food and drink will then be delivered to your selected table.

You can check your points at any time by logging into the app and this will show on your app homepage.
The system runs on real time, therefore points are displayed on your account instantly once the transaction is confirmed (provided you are connected to the internet).
You can use the app at any Social Co, Social Co To Go or inhouse Benugo outlet within the offices. Simply create an account in less that 30 seconds and then you are able to use your account across all outlets.
It is a in-office based online ordering platform and cannot be used at Benugo on the high-street or outside of the office.
Head to https://socialco.vmos.io/and select login in the top right corner. Next select create account and input your email, name and password and select ‘create account. It takes less than 30 seconds!

The details you provide during the registration process are held securely on azure cloud hosted servers within the EU and are not stored on any websites.
You can check your points at any time by logging into your account and at the top right next to your name will show your points in brackets.
On the login page select the‘forgot my password’ to reset your password via your registered email address.
The payments gateway used on the app is fully secure and undergoing the PCI accreditation and compliance programme by the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC). Rest assured any payment card details are as secure as they can be.
