Apple and Cinnamon Balls

Ingredients

40g ground almonds

100g soft dates  

25g of dried apple  

1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1. Blend the ground almonds, dates, dried apple and cinnamon in a powerful blender until combined.

2. Roll into small bite sized balls and place into the fridge to chill.

3. Enjoy!
