Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

200g self-raising flour

200g malted flour

220g caster sugar

220g margarine

200g dark chocolate chips

200g flaked almonds

1 tsp bicarb of soda

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 160°C.

2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until a dough is formed.

3. Place the dough onto the parchment paper and roll into a sausage shape.

4. Cut into the desired size and place on a baking tray.

5. Bake for 8-10 mins.

6. Enjoy!
