Oat, Mango and Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

½ cup coconut milk, unsweetened

¼ cup of oats

1tsp lemon juice

½ fresh mango

1/3 cup plain yoghurt (or plant-based alternative)

½ tsp ground turmeric

½ tsp freshly grated ginger

1tbsp honey (or plant-based alternative)

½ cup ice

Instructions

1.Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. 

Tip: For a smoother consistency,microwave the oats with 1/4 cup water for 1 minute, cool, then add to blender.
