½ cup coconut milk, unsweetened
¼ cup of oats
1 tsp lemon juice
½ fresh mango
1/3 cup soya yoghurt
½ tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup ice
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Tip: For a smoother consistency, microwave the oats with 1/4 cup water for 1 min, cool, then add to blender.
