Ingredients

6 Fresh tomatoes

Freshly torn basil

Instructions

1.Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

2.Take your dough balls from the fridge and roll out each dough ball out on a floured surface with around a 1cm thickness.

3. Prepare a bowl with iced cold water and set aside.


4. Now prepare a bowl of boiling water and blanch the tomatoes for 10 seconds before placing into the iced cold water.

5. Peel the skins off the tomatoes, then pass through a sieve to create your tomato sauce, adding in 2 or 3 shredded basil leaves to the tomato mix.


6. Spread the tomato and basil sauce mix onto the base and add your choice of toppings.

7.Bake in the oven for between 5-6 minutes.
