Pizza Dough






250ml cold water

425g 00 flour

0.25g fresh yeast

1tsp salt

1tsp sugar

Olive oil


1.Start by mixing the flour and the yeast together in a mixing bowl.

2.Add the salt to the water and then gradually add the water, mixing well.

3.Next add the sugar and mix until combined.

4.Stirin the olive oil, a little at a time until it forms a soft dough.

5.Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface and knead for around 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Transfer to a clean bowl, cover with a damp tea towel and leave to prove for 6 hours.

6.Mould the dough into 180g balls, place in the fridge for between 2-4 hours.
